My friend’s husband passed away recently. Her husband has 2 brothers. Her father-in-law passed away, while her mother-in-law has some property from her parents. This property is currently on my friend's mother-in-law's name only. My friend doesn’t have any children. My friend is house wife and is currently striving to get her maintenance money. Do my friend has any legal right on her mother in law property. Can you please suggest any legal option that she might have?

Hello Ma'am Yes your friend could get the share of property from her husband's share in the property, in case mother in law died without leaving any will.
