Will Court Consider This For Divorce

As you said it is highly curable disease. Court will not grant divorce in such cases unless the medical evidence and opinion is otherwise. Court cannot grant permanent alimony in a Divorce case. The Petitioner has to file a separate Petition for that and has to prove it for getting permanent alimony.
