I became a Franchisee of RADIANT CONSUMER APPLIANCES PRIVATE LIMITED (CAFE DESIRE) by paying Rs.50000/- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT on 04.06.2013. Also spent about 6.5 Lakh to set up the business in MANGALORE. But I could not get expected business in MANGALORE and closed it by FEBRUARY 2014, incurring huge loss. When requested the company to refund the - REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, they are not responding even to my registered post. Please suggest as how can I get the refund with applicable interest.

hello Mohan In order to get the Refundable Deposit back from the franchisee, first it would be suggested to send a legal notice to them claiming your refundable deposit and initiate legal proceedings in case they deny to refund the deposit. So, get a lawyer and ask him to send a legal notice to them. Thanks
