A boy and a girl are in relationship more than last 5yrs. The girl went to canda in 2018. Now she came back in India in august 2020. Since then they are residing together. Now, they wants to go Canada together as Common Law partners but how they can make the Ambassy /visa approval authority that they are in relation? The boy has a rent agreement in his name only since then august 2020 after her return. Can they execute a new document to show that they are residing together since august 2020? Owner is agree to gave his consent because owner well aware that they are residing together. If they would be able to execute such document then would that document be credible to canadian authorities?

Hi, They will have to get married in order to change the records in the documents such as Adhar and other documents. Only through marriage, the spouse's name can be added in Indian legal system. You have no other option. If you like my answer, please rate me.

Dear Sir, They have to get marriage registration to establish their legal relationship as husband and wife or create KYC records such as Aadhaar Card, Voters ID Card and PAN Card disclosing another spouse as husband / wife of each partner. Sir as of now I don't think what you are saying would be acceptable to Canadian authorities. it is only they who have to clear what document they would need for visa approval
