Hello Sir/Mam, My travel agent hold my passport since more than 1 year. Actually I given 1 interview for abroad and that company sent visa without signed my offer letter, due to family problem I refused to go abroad. I went travel office a lot of times to return my passport Even i provide all parents medical report to him, after that he always makes excuses. May I know how can I raise a complaint against him?
