I live in Sweden was married last year and my wife now did some illegal activity in the country for which I filed a police complaint as well. She in the fear of getting caught eloped to India. We recently found out that her passport is issued with a fake birth certificate since it doesnt match the municipality record. Where can we file this passport fraud. Is it punishable in India or will it be dangerous for me and my family.
