Mind Control, Menticiding, Mental Genociding

When a woman and a set of families ( who are on one city ) are able to see ( on a TV ) through a man's eye ( Victimised person who is on an another city ) and watch over, manipulate, control, fix radical pictures and thoughts and thereby killing his normal seeing and thoughts. Can it be termed as Mind control, Menticiding, Mental genociding. When the speech, vision and thoughts of the person are manipulated to get information about the other person the society and even loot and spoil the entire purpose of the meeting between the two of the victims can it be termed as Mind control, Menticiding, Mental genociding and even genociding?
