Financial Cheat In Dubai And Culprit To Escaped To India

I am an Indian working in Dubai. One Indian national took money from me in Dubai promising good returns from his business and gave me a guarantee cheque for the money I have given which amounts to AED 300,000 ( Approx 60 Lakh INR). After that, he cancelled his visa here and left for India two months ago and now saying me that he lost the money in business and will not pay back me. I have already filed a criminal case in Dubai. My questions 1) Can I file case against him in India. if yes, on what basis. 2) If I file a civil case in Dubai to recover the money and get a favorable judgement, what is the procedure to execute this judgment in India. 3) If he has no asset in his name, how this judgement will be executed and money will be recovered. 4) Can he challenge the final judgement in India which I got from Dubai and delay the payment back or escape from judgement. 5) If he proves that he has no assets, will he be set free or punished in jail.
