Please consult you HR try to solve it internally. if not possible at all then give them a legal notice and if they fail to reply to you. then go a suit for recovery and damages. please note. solving it internally will be easier and faster. but going to court will give you the desired result too
without giving legal notice try to convince to the higher authority by filling request letter to make the payment of outstanding salary,its better for you.
u should move an application to joint labour commissioner under industrial dispute act and if there compromise not done than u hv to go to the labour court.
you can first issue notice than approach to labour commissioner by complaint
