    You are advised to service them with the legal notice. If they will still not pay your outstanding amount or fees or salary, then you can file a civil suit for recovery.

    It would have been better had you given a brief account about your employer and the Status of the organisation with which you had been working to get an accurate. Anyhow you even now make a detailed representation regarding the situation. And move further on the basis of the reply thereof. Otherwise get a Legal Notice served upon the employer and last of all approach the Labour Conciliation Officer and last of all Labour Court for getting the redressal of your grievance.
