Mr.Bhsnu Pratap Singh, Usually Companies enter into NDA at the time of Hoining the Work. In your case they asking sign at end of your exist. Kindly ask for soft copy of the NDA get it verified or reviewed with any Advocate . If there no such points harming you you sign it . Otherwise ask them amend it as per your need failure to which you can sue the company for not paying your dues.
