Company Never Payed The Salary On Time For Any Of The Employees. I And Few Of My Colleagues Have Left The Job And 3 Months Salary Is Pending Yet. How Could Get My Salary!?

I was working for a company called "AAGE" which was in a tech a park (Software technology park of India) in Mangalore. So in the first month, They paid quarter of my salary saying that it was our training period. Nowhere it was mentioned in offer letter that the first month will be our training period. It was clearly mentioned as 6 months probationary period since day one and the whole sal will be paid on every 4th(Joining Date) of the month. We helplessly accepted the salary. They paid the salary on 2 nd month. Lately the problem arises. We tirelessly worked hard on the 3 rd month and we didn't get any pay for that month. They promised that they would settle the pay of 3rd and 4 th month on 5th month. We again agreed. Company were on loss. We moved out of tech park and shifted to another place in Mangaluru. They started some emotional drama stating that they were on loss. They never received the project money. 2 of them resigned the company. Again 3 of them were thrown out for no reason. They again set up a meeting where they again promised us to pay all our sal on the 6th month. They company name itself was changed. It was Grapnel Info services llp. We had received our 4 th month half salary. We were about to receive new project. We worked for the 5 th month on our new project. People started leaving the job. Yet I & few of my colleagues stayed back as we hoped to get our salary. Same drama on 6 th month. On 7 th month they had settled our one month salary. Then I couldn't sit and ruin my career there. I had resigned the job. Yet my 3 months salary is pending. They faked that they would pay it by a year. Its almost one year or so. They didn't pay it yet. What could I do to sue them for this kind of torture???
