first conduct enquiry and then dismissing them you cannot directly remove them as it is against labour law if you want i will conduct enquiry and dismissed them
you can take necessary action against them or you can leave them by giving warning
Usually employee asks query.. its so strange that an employer is posting... Follow what ur rules says..or refer relevant laws...
Leaving workplace without informing the disciplinary authority is a serious misconduct. You may place them under suspension pending an enquiry. However it depends on your discretion. You may issue them written warning as well.
