I joined a private college (under DTE, MSBTE) as regular faculty in 2011 and rsingned in 2018.at the end I had 104 ELs Pending and DA difference unpaid. Initially I was given zero DA against the 6the pay commission. Please advise me how to recover the amount.

Send a representation to them thro registered post and also to Govt.. Then u can file writ petition in High court seeking direction to dispurse the amount payable to you..
