time period of 45 days will be applicable on you as you have not signed the new agreement after promotion

If there is any change in the terms of employment that has got to be conveyed loud and clear and after appraisal new such Document has to be executed. Since there is no such change in black and white. There is something fishy. Please get it clarified at this initial stage to avoid any inconvenience at later stage. since, there is no written mentioning of 3 months, resultantly, you are liable to serve a notice period of 45 days
If the appointment letter mention 45 days then you have to provided the notice of the same days. In case if the appraisal letter mention the 3 months notice then you have to give the 3 months notice. In such no such communication then write a first e mails to the HR and stick on 45 days notice. In case of any further advice please get in touch with me.
