False Labor Case

I opened a restaurant in Palampur! In which my sister, brother-in-law and sister-nephew were joined to work because for the last several years we are taking care of them. We also thought that they will be benefited!after one month my sis told me to work somewhere and as they known himachali very well they will take of restraurant. I agreed and went to delhi but as soon as i reached delhi they started telling me about the loss.when i askef them to close it they force me to run more.like that they run 3 more month.when i got angry with them then they closed it.now they put case in labor court and surprising that they asking 10 month salary.what is the best way to handle it.i want to teach them a very good lesson of this.
