Good Afternoon Sir, My Name Is Nagarjuna,I Am Working as a customer care executive in A MNC COMPANY in Mohali In sector 75,Sir I went to my hometown due to personal reasons,i already informed to my Team Leader and He said i will approve the leaves,After I Reached My Hometown,he said that i did not apporved your leaves,You dont want to come to company again,I asked him what is the reason,He is saying that i came to home without informing him,I Have the mails and other documented communication regarding my leaves,sir pls see the issue,Do me needful favor. the company cannot like that terminate you from services like that with out proper reason or notice you could discuss about this before your higher upps if the company is not agreeing for that you could challenge it before the civil court or before the labour court to make good the losses.
