Illegal Salary Hold, Illegal Termination, Whistle Blow Poicy Violation,blackmail

I made a whistle blow complaint (Formulated under sebi lodr ) about suspicious whistle blow audit by business head and hr .also for sullying and illegally held salary. they asked me to resign or they will terminate. Though I know they dont have any valid reason to terminate . I resigned as it will be difficult to get another job immediately . They also asked me to give debit consent for recovering salary.how can I go legally for illegally holding my (having proof its illegal),illegal termination, blackmail through conspiracy to recover my salary, whislte blow violation for victimization
