First approach labor commissioner then file civil suit for recovery Please give me Rank 5 and Review my Resume and Follow me if my answer satisfies you
first sent a legal notice through advocate if problem not solve then file a case
1. you can serve your employer with a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the outstanding amount along with the interest, 2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a case, 3. chat, call records, WhatsApp record, agreement, if relevant, can prove your case and are admissible as an evidence
Passing of time may lead to lapse of the prescribed period of limitation and loss of your hard earned money. Better to get a legal notice served upon the employer asking for recovery of your money alongwith interest. The matter shall be resolved. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
