I was working in UP Govt. Medical Deptt. I m 53 years of age. My HOD ordered me to do night emergency duty for which I requested him my inability on health ground and sent my medical prescription since 2007. He did not pass any order on my medical papers instead make a generalized order not to draw salary unless emergency duty attended. I did not draw my salary and requested him to allow salary as on those days I was attending duty on the regular dispensary. Ultimately I submitted my VRS application which was sanctioned by Govt. Still my HOD is not clearing my dues, not paying my arrear salary, and also no pension. I write at least 8 letters regarding but all in vain /more than 8 months have passed since VRS. WHAT TO DO NOW?

Make a detailed representation to the department and then proceed further for the process on the basis of the decision of the department passed on the basis of the orders. Approach the civil court for Redressal of the grievance it would be beneficial and will get you the desired relief. you have to approach the CAT or the concerned High Court for issuing the directions to settle your claims
