    Unless the concerned department takes any policy decision, u won't get regularization.. it is not a matter of right..

    Dear Sir, It seems yours is a employment through third party i.e. employment contractor. Even otherwise a contract laborer or even temporary workmen is not having any vested right to claim regularization irrespective of length of service. However you can get file PIL and engage good lawyer.
