Payment Issue

I am doing freelance in computer training subject. One of company give me Purchase Order and payment date was 30 days. today it is almost 45 days but no positive response. they are not pick my call. what should I do. what are the total expense if I take some legal action on it. How long the case will be going in future. How much possible to win this case because I have email, Purchase order only as in evidence.
