I was appointed as MSR at hanumangarh hq on 3 May 2010 and resigned 30 Nov 2017. I received first bonus on Oct 2011 and last bonus on Oct 2016 . May I eligible for bonus of accounting year of 2016-2017 after resignation or not ? Please clarify me.

Though u have rights to claim bonus fro 2016-17 ur resignation without compliance of notice period may have an impact.. There are judgments for and against u.. 50:50 chance
