Regarding Notice Period- Do I Need To Server 3 Months Notice Period

My query is regarding serving 3- months notice period in my current period. I am currently working in an IT company and recently got confirmed after 6 months. Now in the confirmation letter , it is mentioned that " As you must be aware, the confirmation of your services results in a change in certain terms of your employment. As a regular employee, you will be required to give three month's notice or salary thereof in case you decide to leave our services subject to the Company's discretion; in the event of you having any incomplete assignment, the Company will have the discretion to relieve you only at the end of the three-month notice period. Similarly, the Company can terminate your services by giving three month's notice or salary thereof." Now I am just waiting for a good opportunity in the middle east and they will ask me to join in 30-45 days maximum. I am OK if I don't get the current company relieving letter as I have the confirmation letter and the joining letter
