I am working in an educational institution as an Assistant professor for the past 9 years. I have been paid only 50% since the lockdown. It is very difficult for me to run the family, so I tried for a new job and got a job as well. How to proceed with my resignation in the current organization. Normally I need to give three month notice period. Will these conditions will work during this pandemic. Also, I have signed a bond till 2023. So please help me on how to go about it.

Need to serve 3 months notice as per the appointment letter. In case of non fulfillment of notice period the salary will be deducted or recover from you in full and final settlement, Regarding the bond you have to adhere the bond condition with the time line. This all depends upon the conditions mentioned in the Appointment Letter/Offer Letter. Secondly different State have issued different State Notifications at various points of time.
