Hi Can a MNC company in India deduct Money from the Employee salary in the Name of retention Bonus and give it back after 3 years. Is that legel in India.

This is my response to you: 1. This will depend on the terms of your employment agreement etc.; 2. Still the employer cannot retain the bonus for so long and not give interest on it; 3. Send a legal notice and retrieve the money.
