bond is not enforceable under indian law under indian contract act cause it's one sided ... so uh may not need to worry.... uh may file for recovery Nd later on resign from the company... they can only recover what they spend on Ur technical skills... not any bond amount... for more assistance uh may contact at 9871417072
send contract/agreement/bond copy. then we will be able to help u. we have to check the clauses. if u have given prior notice then they cannot hold your salary. they have to pay full salary in full and final settlement.
file a recovery suit for 2 months salary if it is not a clause in agreement. u can get your salary back.
you have not served any prior notice before leaving..The company may sue against you.
u have to perform as per the agreement if u sign the agreement/bond. if it is written in the agreement then they can do this.
