PSU bank employee has been suspended in December 2018 pending further inquiry in a case of misappropriation of funds. Till date no showcause notice or chargesheet was issued to the employee. No subsistence allowance is being paid to the employee, and the wage arrears pertaining to a previous settlement are also not paid. No reply was given by the bank despite repeated requests for the release of subsistence allowance and revocation of suspension order.

as you told department did not issued any shoe cause notice or chargesheet then the suspension is against law everyone has right to hear during suspension there is a provision to get half salary
