file a case under ID Act before the labour court if your employment falls within the definition of workman, if not then under S&E Act.
This is my response to you: 1. Approach the disciplinary committee and file a formal complaint; 2. If they do not listen then approach the labour court; 3. You can also approach the high court for speedier justice.
