Hi I have resigned a company in February 2017 with proper notice period served.. I have given my 10 years to the company.. I have received my fnf settlement in 2 parts in June and August.. But when I calculated both with fnf slip I got shortage of 23k.. Which I enquired with HR.. First they said fnf is fully settled.. I have sent few mails with explanation that I have received 23k short, then another reply came that it's a telephone recovery.. I enquired Vodafone for bill but in bill there was nothing as such which can be recovered.. Now they are saying that they had issued advance salary last year which is deducted.. I have sent almost 60 mails on this but not getting proper reply or solution on this.. Pls help

First of all send a registered post with your grievance and I'm pretty sure it won't be resolved, After that send a Legal Notice and give them a time frame within which it needs to be resolved!! After that just knock the Court Doors!! They will be busted if they are really escaping from paying you!!
