Want To Leave Earlier Than Notice Period

my official notice period is 90 days. I've submitted my resignation on 3rd of February,2018. Now i want to take the release earlier as i've an offer where they are asking me to join on 30th of April,2018. I am ready to pay or adjust the amount with my last month's salary, but the HR is hellbent and not listening to me. What should i do now
