Will I Get Pension

I have worked in Govt. college of Tripura Government from 2008 to 2013. Tripura Govt was following the old pension scheme even though it was discontinued in most of the provinces and central government. In 2013 I have joined Nagpur University, which is an institute governed by Maharashtra Govt. In Maharashtra, the old pension scheme is discontinued after 2004. As my service in Tripura was pensionable and my application was forwarded through proper channel, my earlier service is counted and I was given pay protection. Nagpur University also gave me GPF No. and money in my GPF account in Tripura is transferred to my new account at Nagpur University. I got a GPF statement of 2017-18, which reflects the amount. Similarly, GPF is regularly deducted from my salary. My retirement is due in 2032. Am I eligible for the old pension as I have a GPF account? Will my joining of service in 2008 in Tripura and 2013 in Maharashtra be an issue. Please advise.
