I have agriculture land in which there are 7 names. Earlier there were two names but after my monther's death, remaining 5 sisters got their name entered. Afterwards, they filed a court case against me. Court gave the judgement that my sisters also have share in the land. Court has actually not divided the land in 7 parts. Now parties against me say that they will sell their part. Since court has not divided land actually in 7 parts, is it possible to sell the land by them of their six parts.

one can sell his or her undivided part but the buyer can not take possession till partition

Dividing particular share is the final decree.. However to answer ur query They can sell their undivided share.. it is valid. If one share holder didn't cooperate for sale or partition, they can sell their undivided share in % provided buyers are ready. The buyer will then come to partition to get definite boundary.. You may need to suffer and coerce to sell ur share at last due to minor share.. for further assistance plz book for consultation..
