Before purchasing the said Land check the Land's Papers, Its Owner name is Personal or It is allotted by government for School or Temple purpose. it means gifted or Acquired Land. Dont trust on any Builder either he is Reputed or He is beginner. Most of the Cases of Property Land regarding against Reputed Builders. Hence through your Advocate you may find out first search report of that Land then you will clear all picture. After its clear report you may proceed to purchase the Land / Nursery School. Once you purchased the Land or Nursery School then you may use as per your requirement, but in Sale Deed you must write proper conditions for functioning either School or any other as per requirements of the purchaser. You must be caseful when Sale Deed Paper's will making by your Advocate or Legal team. Remember don't make Sale deed through Builder's Advocate , you may appoint your personal Advocate because he will made all the term's and conditions in favour of you only. Hi, After getting the appropriate consent from the municipal authorities, you can apply for a "change of land use."
