Encroachment On Park Land And Harrasment Of Society Members

Since last many years, we have a park in front of our house, which is the property of Municipal Corporation and few people start building the illegal construction in the park and with the time spam the complete property has been encroached by few other people. Several complaints have been lodged earlier but nothing has happened. Seeing nothing is happening, and no action is being taken from the past several years, their confidence is getting increased day by day and because of which this problem is now becoming huge. Now we are facing the below problems: Group of people often gathers in parks and streets in front of my house and they create nuisance and use abusive language. Few people do gambling in front of our house.They Play loud music which really creates disturbance in our Work from home activity. Though we tried to convince them to behave properly. However, they didn’t listen to us. Please advice what can be done in this situation.
