House Land Partion

I am shri Gamendra Nath Das, have been staying in my father's House Land since 23yrs. I have 4 brothers only and as per the law, I am the second son among 4 sons of my father. My father has already died, even my mother also for the last 15 yrs ago. Now House plus Land belongs to my late father's name only, which is around 25 decimal area, which has not partitioned among our 4 brothers. Here, my 4th brother and I have been staying on House Land manually partitioned by village sarpanch with other people since 23yrs ago. Rest two brothers have been staying other plots which has already registered on behalf of themself. My question is to ask Sir/Madam, now they (three sons, exclude me) are demanding to destroy this my father's House on this Land and make a partition between our 4 sons. And also demanding that 4th No brother wants to stay after 1st No brother, then 2nd No (that's mean me), 3rd No brother so on. I am very poor in my family among 4 brothers. If they will destroy my father's House Land,i can't settle immediately to build a new house to survive. And also 4th brother is rigorously demanding the 2nd share after 1st brother. So please kindly give me some solid points to overcome such situations for my future settlement.
