I am the house owner of a housing community which got approval from Gram panchayat for 194 plots. The builder has now encroached the adjacent lake and the open spaces which were registered to Gram Panchayat under Gift deed and increased the total plot count to 224. The recent rainfall from 13 -15 Oct in Hyderabad has witnessed the impact of encroachments, where the adjacent housing societies completely witnessed the waterlogging which made them evacuate. In this regard the Municipal authorities have demolished the compound wall of my society to all free flow of water into the lake, The compound wall is constructed in the FTL (Full tank Level ) capacity of the lake (Have the Photographs). The gram panchayat is now upgraded to the Grade 1 municipality. Builder is able to manage local authorities in spite of our complaints. Have applied for RTI and receive the doc, which clearly says the permissions for 194 houses only. Need legal support to get stay on illegal constructions.
