How To Get RTC

I stay in Mysore Karnataka. I had purchased 1 acre land in 2008 in a village of Mysore and sold 0.26 of it in 2012. Remaining 0.14 acre is in my position, which doesn't have any records and it was in the position of the ones who sold the land to me for more than 100 years. But the sketch doesn't show the land in that survey number, but if we measure the land in that survey number, 0.14 acre extra land is there and no one is objecting us also, we use it for agricultural purposes. Now under law, how can we request the government to make a record for that land for us and show it in the sketch. Thank you.
