Illegal Dumping Of Industrial Residue

My name is Dhanasekara from Hosur, Krishnagiri (DT), T.N. In my location, there is a granite company which is dumping their granite residuals in our fertile land for years. We warned them of not using but regularly dumping the residual because of which agricultural activities have been stopped. According to the Indian constitution I need to know what are actions can be taken against the granite company and how to proceed with it legally, from my end what is the documentation I have to submit. Whether it's a criminal act or civil act, for the last year it's been dumped without our permission.
