Land Acquisition Compensation Dispute

What will be the position of application of section 24 (2) of The LARR Act 2013 to the reference cases pending in the reference courts at district level regarding acquisition under the old act in which award has been made more than 5 years before the commencement of the new act and also the difference cases proceedings are pending for more than 5 years prior to such commencement date and also in such cases the possession had already been taken and the reference petitioner had received the awarded compensation under protest and had moved references under section 18 of the 1894 LA Act.
