hello Lawyers , (A question my mother wants ur opinion on ...:) Our house land etc.property is named after my mother .And my father has left her without divorce, so in case of her death to whom will the land ownership goes to husband or son , she wants me to have her property after her, but she is afraid that her husband will claim his rights.... how should we go through this situation? pls help
