Mr Khan you are Muslim so law will be applicable upon you that's Shariyat law (personal loan). you don't have right by birth in your grandma property. because Hindu law and Muslim law both are different. Hindu have right in parental property by birth. but this law not applicable on Muslim person. till your grandma is alive when you don't have any right in this property. even your father also don't have any rights in this property now.
