Neighbor Threatening Saying He Is Having Property In Our Place

Our neighbor is threatening us saying that he is having property in our place. He is staying near the main road and we are staying behind his property. He had made the brick wall (more than human height) around his property long back. Our house is located down from his property. A few days back he came to our home and said that he is having property in our place. He is planning to perform measurements with the help of the Taluk office. How can I stop him from entering into our place? We do not want to perform the measurements in our place. Please help us in this regard.
