Owner Land Taken By Some Body Else.

Poor guy given land on lease so that they can earn through rent. but land user didn't given rent regularly. And claiming that he given rent on regular basis. Poor withdrew his lease power but still that guy using land. poor guy went to police but r asking bribe and guarantee of giving land back from culprit.but he don't have money to pay. can poor use physical force to throw out of there land.
