After death of father, the soul property distributed between his 3 sons by way of Record of Right. 1 son among them didn't stay his father property, he stayed other place for his work purpose but his name has been recorded in ROR,also he paid all taxes for this property. Now other sons are not giving the said property and presently they are enjoying the said property. The property belonging Municipality area, west Bengal. My questions on behalf of the this one son which are.. 1. How shall I get the said property easily? 2. In which act/section/law shall I get this provision?( so that I can read the provision for my better knowledge about this subject).
