Related To Land

My father has 3 brothers, before 17 years all brothers decided that if my father will construct a house on a patriarchal property that house will b excluded from devision and that house will b my fathers and my father made house and now one f 2 of 3 bothers are saying that u have not made this house it ll b devided among all brothers...the property is on name of my grandfather...how can I get my money back that I invested to make that house..
