Related To Police Investigation

My father decided to mke a house with consent of all brothers on a land in name of my grandfather...my father invested money to make that house...now father wants to sell it and 2 brothers went to police to stop making house...police man. Is saying that I have court order to stop u making this house...I demanded to see courts order...policeman is not giving me copy of court order and scolded my father that u can go to DM or SSP wherever...I ll not give u that copy...he is not giving me copy because copy is illegal and he is playing prank with us...what to do? Ne action on policeman ?
