The basic question is that the type of property you are discussing with. Was it a ancestral property or it is the self acquired property of your father. If it is ancestral property your uncle may interfere but if it a self acquired property then Your Grandmother and your mother and you both brother and sister are entitled to Your share out of the property in question. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
