Dear Sir, You cannot be evicted without issuing legal notice and then approaching Civil Court by filing Suit for Eviction. Police cannot interfere since it is a civil matter.

It is difficult but only if there is breach of any terms of the Rent Note/Rent Deed which is the deciding factor under the such circumstances. Hence, you are the best judge of the situation. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

A landlord should have a valid reason if he wants to evict a tenant. The reason could be wrongdoing as prescribed by the Rent Control Act and Indian law. However, the owner can evict a tenant if he wants to use the premise for himself. A tenancy is the possession or occupancy of lands, buildings or other property by title, through a lease or on payment of rent.
