To initiate the matter get Legal Notice served and then go for eviction. Everything will be fine
1. serve him legal notice through an advocate first and ask him to vacant the premises. 2. if the leases agreement has already been registered then you need to renew it through SDM. but if no agreement has been made then you can first make the leases agreement and get registered through SDM.
